I have also bought little Eddie Parry Winslow, two little Shirts, and three pairs of Socks, Pink, Buff, and White, Edged with Blue, and have cut out two little Sacks, for his Aunt Mary to make for him. Aunt Julianna told me yesterday,
she was going to send him

some Socks, and Shirts, but they have not yet arrived, and I am affraid they will not be in time, for Richard has to take Tom with the Trunk early in the morning. and unless she got them yesterday, she will have no chance. I went out in the rain yesterday and got every thing I have sent, for we had but the one days notice, it has been a dismal day this, Raining, Hailing, and Freezeing. I was affraid to go out to Meeting. I have not seen Julianna since sixth day, but hear she is doing well. did I tell you, that Sallie Perot Hewson, had Twins, just a few weeks before Julianna's were born. they say it is the greatest year that ever was known for them. I met our old Nabour Dallum, some Socks, and Shirts, but they

I met our old Nabour Dallum,

5th Dallum, in the Street yesterday, and she told me a friend of hers, was in her chamber with Twins.
Aunt Mary received a letter from Han yesterday, she had received her Carpet Bag, which I am very glad of. -- If Doctor John, goes to Hertford, and stays two or three weeks, I think Mary, had better return with him as far as Baltimore, it is very likely Hannah Maule, would be comeing home about that time, and I donot know of any other opportunity there will be this winter. if Han, should not be there, some one would go down for her. but Mary would have to write and tell us all about her prospects. poor Ann Tatnale, was burried the seventh day

before I came home, Julianna thinks Emma's indisposition was in part occasioned by the shock, she was very much unnerved with it. but her Courses have come on again, and she is a great deal better. she walked down to school yesterday.
