Cincinnati Sept 24,1878.
Dear Sir & Bro∴
Your letter of the 22nd inst. to
hand, I am at my store therefore cant
refer to the 6th vol. of the Masonic Magazine
London 1798, but will do so & write you
There was no edition of Jachin & Boaz 1750, the
original was London 1762, I know Oliver
says 1750, and every body since has
followed him it is a mistake however.
I will refer to my 1762, (original edition)
& see if the passage you quote is in it, &
write you,
