Frankfort Novr. 8th. 1845
Comp. A. P. Pfister
Dear Sir;
Your favour of the 20th Octo: is to hand.
I regret extremely that it is not in my power at this time
to comply with your request -- I have but one solitary copy
of the Constitution of our Grand Council and that is bound
in a volum -- all the extra copies were consumed a few years
since with the Grand Hall at Lexington. I will continue
my exertions to procure you a printed copy and if
unsuccessful will send you a manuscript copy -- soon
The masonic bodies were never in so flourishing a state in Ky: as at this time -- and may it long so continue
with high regard and fraternal feelings I am Respectfully & Fraternally
